WaterColor is both a vibrant and tranquil community that welcomes guests from all over the world. As a courtesy to owners and fellow guests, we kindly request that our visitors observe quiet hours and adhere to a curfew for unaccompanied minors.
Community Quiet Hours
Community quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., in accordance with the Walton County Noise Ordinance. Any outdoor and exterior noise during the community quiet hours is prohibited. We ask that you do not disturb your neighbors.
Curfew for Unaccompanied Minors
Children under 18 years of age are not permitted in community common areas (including the beach) between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., unless under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The curfew for unaccompanied minors is subject to change during peak periods and certain holidays at the discretion of the security director.
Minors & Amenities
Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when using the pools and the Tennis Center.
