Parking Hangtag Allocations
The HOA office issues one rental guest parking hang tag for homes and two rental guest parking hang tags for condos directly to the Rental Management Company or VRBO through which you booked your stay. The HOA does not make exceptions to this policy.
When to Display a Parking Hangtag
Hangtags must be displayed when parking overnight in the common area parking pads. Parking hangtags are not needed to park on private driveways. When visiting the Beach Club and Camp WaterColor, hangtags are not required, but guests must adhere to the posted parking signage.
Owner-provided LSVs and Paid Parking
Even if your rental home comes with an owner-provided LSV, rental guests are still required to pay for parking. The LSV registration sticker and owner credential do not apply to rental guests.
