Assessment Payment Options

CCMC offers multiple payment options for your community association payment, each detailed on the back of the quarterly assessment.

Online Payments

To make an online payment, visit https://buurt.ccmcnet.com.

  • New users should set up an account in the online payment center to create a recurring payment or to save their property and payment info.
  • You may also make one-time debit/credit card or e-check payments. Please note a fee applies for one-time e-check and debit/credit card payments.
  • The management company ID is 6675.
  • The association ID is 0811.
  • You will also need your homeowner account number, which can be found on your quarterly statement. If you do not know your account number, please contact Susie Thompson at (850) 231-1792 or by email at sthompson@ccmcnet.com.
  • Staff recommends selecting the recurring payment option.
  • If you elect to use an online payment service, you must update your account information with your financial institution if your assessment amount changes.

You may also mail your payments or set up an online bill payment with your bank using the following address:

  • Please use a separate check and envelope along with each payment stub.
  • Please allow ten days for processing and mail your payment with plenty of time.
  • If your assessment amount changes, you must update your account information with your financial institution.

Statement Delivery Options

You may sign up for e-statement assessment billing through the link on your statement. Each link is unique to the homeowner so you must refer to the printed statement to sign-up for e-statements. Electronic statements do not change previously established payment methods.
